It will also warn you if you are dealing with a contractor with a negative track record of not delivering on the work they were hired to do.

A number of factors, most important being the level of satisfaction of a contractor’s past clients, are considered and objectively measured, to derive an overall rating out of five. This rating will be supplied in a report to you.
With this information in hand, you will know that you are selecting the right contractor for the job, avoiding those with a poor reputation, who may cause challenges and risks to your project's completion.
